• Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days via your original payment method.

Exclusions

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be accepted.
